Looking for Norway ski suggestions

I'm thinking about going to Norway next winter for a week or so. Ideally, Id fly in, rent a car, drive to some no-name ski area, ski a day or so, go to another small ski area, ...repeat. I'm really not a fan of resorts.I hate people. I'd like to both nordic and downhill ski. Any recommendations on small-town areas?

The Ski Journal Vol. 10 issue 1 has an article on Riksgransen ski area, near the port of Narvik in northern Norway near the Swedish border. Sounds remote enough!
