In case you aren't aware, initiative 2117 will be on the ballot this November. If passed, it would repeal Washington's Climate Commitment Act that put on fee on carbon emissions and channels the money to investments in clear air, clean water, transportation and energy infrastructure.
Climate change is already shrinking our ski season here in Washington, and it will only get worse. Personally, my love of skiing is what motivates me to volunteer with climate organizations. This year I'm volunteering with the No on 2117 campaign (
