All-Purpose Wax Recommendation

I use Hertel's Super Hot Sauce.  Pretty cheap, gets the job done.

+1 for super hot sauce.

I use Dominator Hyper Zoom all temperature low flouro. If the temps get into the single digits it's not as slippery but for everything else, including spring slush, it works great. It goes on with a 120 C iron.

On a side note, for base conditioning, I go to my local ski shop and get a brick of generic cheap stuff. This works for cleaning/prep in the fall and summer storage (for those non-TAYers). It also works for pollen removal.

I have used Hertel Hot Sauce in the past. I found it worked fine if it wasn't too cold or warm conditions but didn't seem to last long.

This season I switched to PURL. They have a universal (purple), cold(blue) and spring(yellow).

Using the universal, I have found I use less when waxing, lasts longer and get a better all purpose use.
