Custom Ski Lift Bench Furniture was created by da nab
Does anyone have recommendations for a place that can turn an old ski lift chair into a sweet looking bench? Something similar to Last Chair Customs in Boulder, but more local to western Washington.
Backstory, my wife and I met skiing at Crystal. Years ago when Chair 6 got destroyed, we got our hands on one of the chairs thinking we'd do something with it, but I never knew what. Time to do something with it. Any ideas appreciated!

Do you have a contractor for home repairs and remodels? Ask them or ask your neighbors home improvement contractors for a bid. You already own a bench you just need it installed. Personally I'd have a little bit of lift cable installed so I could hang it and swing around a bit. If you have high ceilings string the cable inside. Other ways to hang but a cable would be "authentic" . If you can't figure out what to do I have a good spot on my patio.

Have you considered a DIY outside installation as a swing? Easily hung with chains from a pipe or timber A-frame. There's a similar log-frame setup, perhaps from the same Xtal lift, behind the RMI coffee shop in Ashford. It's about 1K to the top of their 'PT' trail with a nice local view before the maples leaf out.
