Southern Idaho - Any local AT Folks? was created by David_Coleman
I'll be moving to Southern Idaho in a couple of weeks (Boise area), and was wondering if any of you out there (or know of anyone that doesn't post on TAY) live in the larger, general area? I am looking to meet some fellow AT folks. Plenty years of experience in WA, and I've toured some stuff in Pine (south of Featherville) multiple times due to unlimited access of friends' cabin.Â
If not, maybe one knows of a Forum platform used there, similar to TAY (which is predominantly for b.country folks here in WA)?
I cross referenced this in the Partners forum. Anyway, any input is greatly appreciated.Â
Cheers,
DC

Don't have a lot of resources for you beyond some of my touring notes, but you might give the guys at Payette Powder Guides a shout. They have a FB presence and are based in McCall. Low key, regionally knowledgeable. I think they'll point in the right direction..

Panhandlebackcountry.com for Northern Idaho if that helps any. You can ask questions over there too.
