Two part epoxy, 24 hr. marine grade if I have it, 5 minute in a pinch but you have to work fast.

Seconded. I have a couple of pair of skis that I glued up with 5-minute in 2008 and 2010 and now wish I'd used better stuff, 'cause I'm still skiing 'em. Skis are tools; treat 'em right. Even the rock skis.

West Systems G-Flex 24 hr. and turn the ski over to cure is optimal IMO. I was out last week so used Loctite 5 Minute from Home Depot and went out and skied them the next 6 days.
