If you're going to give $150 to NWAC, this is a pretty great way to do it. The only question I have is does purchasing the ticket count as a donation, which could be matched and therefore doubled by my employer?

Generally, tickets aren’t covered by matching gift programs and you are receiving a good/service.

I hope they can get some goods that make servicing necessary.

AWOL POSTPONED TO APRIL 17TH

3/10 Update: Due to a significantly worsening forecast for warmth and rain for this weekend and Monday we have decided to postpone AWOL at Alpental to April 17th. A takeaway from our travels in the backcountry is recognizing when conditions are unfavorable and taking steps to dial back plans. Skiing/riding in this amount of rain (even without lines) is not our idea of favorable.

We have secured a backup date with Alpental for Monday, April 17th. Everything we had planned for ski and snowboard demos for next year, BBQ, beers, raffles, and more will still be offered on that new date.

Apologies for any inconvenience around the scheduling. Any tickets purchased with be transferable to the new date (or refunded). We're disappointed that the all-time good weather of the last two weeks has switched over so significantly, but we hope that you will be able to join us at the new date.
