Looking for winter housing near Greenwater/Crystal

I have friend working up at Crystal this winter and is currently looking for housing either in Greenwater or closer to the mountain. I am just hoping for any leads if you have them!

there is a house next to the tavern for rent on the corner of lumpy lane. used to live there when it was 800/mo. the realty lady wants 1400/mo now. tiny house with a killer wood stove.
