Actually, N sister has a pretty non- tech route up its east side with a short sramble to top...or if enough snow and right conditions, skiable.

s.e. ridge/arete is another option though it quite a slog.
central rib climbers right of early morning and then around the back of false summit too. The rib is a fun ski with less objective danger from above than the walls and coolies..
Jeff Thomas' guide book is good ..unfortunately it is out of print.
