Wanted to post this info on my recent Whistler report...For folks that have skied and partied at Whistler over the last 30 years or so...The best prime local good food, beer and people watching place will be closing at the end of May - So very sad - Citta's has lost its lease - ouch! We've been going there since close to it's beginning. It has always been the perfect place to sit outside on warm spring days after a great day of skiing watching the mass of humans walking through the core of the original Whistler village. Best burgers, best beer, best French Onion Soup! plus a lot of other great things to eat, plus lots of locals and fun!.....A very sad situation. I'll be there pretty much every day I can squeeze in till the end of the Whistler ski season. There are a lot of other great local hangouts - Merlans, Longhorns and Dusty's...but I really like Citta's!
