Subaru Vertfest 2014 - Feb 15-16

Subaru Vertfest Alpental is less than two weeks away!

We hope you will join us at Alpental for a great weekend of uphill/downhill racing, backcountry skiing and splitboarding clinics, demos of the latest gear, and of course the now legendary party and awards ceremony with the rockin' tunes of Head Like a Kite and more raffle prizes than you can shake a ski at.

The Monika Johnson Memorial Rally will take place on Saturday starting at 10 with post-race festivities kicking off at 2:30.

Half-day and full-day clinics on Sunday include steep skiing (coed and women's), efficient backcountry techniques, advanced ski mountaineering, introduction to splitbaoarding, avalanche terrain selection and ski photography.  Don't miss these opportunities to learn from the best in the business!

Have a question, I thought in years past, there were some age divisions? Nothing in the flyer about that so is it "one size (age) fits all? Just thinking my stainless steel hip, buggered knee, & stroke addled brain might not keep me fly'in with the lads & lasses. Gotta know in case I need to fire up my Jane Fonda workout tape

I think you just register for the race online, then designate your division at sign-in on the day of the race.
