mountain forecasts? was created by androolus
I'm confused by the mountain forecast that I get by clicking the "C" on TAY Weather forecast link. Could anybody help me out? It used to list a snow level, but now it gives a temperature at some unknown elevation. I'm probably just stupid and am finding it is easier to just use the map to pin point forecast my favorite locations. Still it was nice to have general mountain forecast for the central west of the crest cascades. Maybe that is somewhere else now. Anybody know?

i think at some point a while back NOAA changed some of their mountain forecast pages around....there is still a forecast page for the central WA Cascades with snow levels provided, but, as you noted, the TAY link goes to a page that doesn't have snow levels.

The current NOAA central WA forecast page that does have snow levels is here:

forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?zoneid=WAZ519

If anyone has other updates that need to be done to the Weather section, feel free to post them here - I'll try to make some adjustments in the coming weeks.
