Bergs posted a video of some classic skiing this morning in Eugene. The college I work at is sending us all home at 2. Don't know if there is really even enough snow to cover the grass where I live in Silverton. I didn't pay a dime for my nordic skis so I might try some laps at the middle school anyways. Last time I skied in Silverton was 2008 and it still ranks up there with the best of memories. Anyone else trying for turns at home today?
Good to hear someone had some luck. We lost the snow lottery in Silverton. I barely got east of Salem and I knew I was out of luck. No even enough of a dusting to cover anything. I can't complain. Yesterday turned out to be a Palmer day for me and a really nice Palmer day at that.
