Conditioning for Peak Performance and Injury Prevention • FREE • Thursday, November 7, 7PM • Montlake Community Center, 1618 E Calhoun/Seattle
Join us for our first official program of the 2013-2014 season! And get ready to make it a great one with G4 Athlete, a sports science and physical therapy group. Jarrad Matthews will share G4’s comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and athletic development, then lead us in exercises we can do for each trek.
Dress comfortably and be prepared for a 60-minute program. We’ll follow it up with a brief review of upcoming one-day and overnight trips and touch on any lingering club business. At the end of the night we’ll give away a $50 gift card to REI.
