I just have to laugh at myself.... I didn't know who Ingrid was until about six months ago. But when I saw her picture, I immediately recognized her. I rode up the Rex with her! I thought I was taking a solo ride up on the chair, when this little gal pulled up alongside to share the ride. I think I was a little worried if she could handle the somewhat nasty conditions on top.... In the conversation she said she was a competition skier.... whoa! I was a little surprised... She was small and looked like such a kid. But I shut up, I had this feeling I couldn't say anything halfway intelligent... So we get off the Rex chair.... and she makes this immediate right turn and shoots straight down the hill, for me that would have been a suicide run. I am just glad I didn't say anything too stupid. But she was very nice, self assured.
