Pinnacle Peak pond/tarn conditions?

Has anyone noticed if the tarn below Pinnacle Peak in the Tatoosh has begun to form? Any info greatly appreciated.

All the past events were in July or August. Even after the super dry winter of 2005, the gathering didn't occur until July.

I can't imagine there's a pond below Pinnacle Peak yet.
