Hi all,
I'm heading down to Mt Bailey in OR. In order to post the BEST TRIP REPORT EVER, I'm looking for whatever information anyone has on skiing it. Help a guy out?

Welcome to TAY
I haven't been there in winter, but it's a great ski. Check out Splitboard Oregon for a TR by stoudema.
Cat Ski Mt. Bailey runs there in the winter; maybe off the north and west sides? They could tell you what the touring is like.

Diamond Lake Resort is a nice funky snowmobile-type place with rooms and a restaurant.
You can follow the summer trail, or ascend the east ridge from cabin 49 or 51 on the west side of Diamond Lake. This is shorter and eventually gives views of the NE face, which is superb but obviously slide-prone.

Ugly dude, have a great trip. Have breakfast at Normas Red Rooster in La Pine. Do some touring on the rim of Crater Lake if you have time. There are some good steeps near the rim. Lots of weather coming in the next week!
