Mountain Shop in NE Portland has good boot fitters (I can't recall the name of the guy that fit my AT boots, but they've been great). I've heard good things about Hillcrest Ski in Gresham, also, but they may be focused on downhill gear.

Thanks - my wife's AT boots need some tweaking. We'll check them out.

Dont' know about boot fitting at the mountain shop but they will be the most helpful shop in PDX. I have been very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help out.
