My wife suggests a high dose of fish oil: google "dry eye fish oil" - seems worth a shot.

flax seed or fish oil caps help a bit. eye doc put in puntal plugs in office(block tear duct drainage) and this has helped the most, and only one time"forever" compared to every day or multiple times per day for drops or pills.
I have the most problems when the car defroster is on high, for this I use clear goggles from Solis smaller than ski goggles, many choices.

I don't know if it would work the same for your condition, but for treating dry eyes in general, yanking out a couple of nose hairs brings some quick tears. I knew a toker in my younger days who would always loose his Visine (imagine that?) and would fall back on plucking a couple from his sniffer when my, sorry, his eyes would dry out. Called it "high-sine"
It's a trick I still use sometimes to help take my contact lenses out if they are dry. I recommend pulling the hair out slooowly for maximum tear production.

Hey just wanted to throw a thanks to all you that responded. I had no idea you could buy shades that had the foam (similar to a ski goggle). That's great news. I had the plug inserts installed 2 weeks ago, and no help while skiing. One of the reasons I couldn't participate in Vertfest this year. I have been on Fish Oil, and try to stay hydrated (when not drinking beer). Anyway, thanks again!
