Whistler / Spearhead conditions? was created by ejk

Just curious if anyone's heard reports from this week. Headed up this weekend and I'm not sure whether to expect sun-baked corn or more likely, breakable sun crusts of doom. Any info helps - I'm just not sure if Whistler whereabouts gets enough sun energy to bake midwinter corn, vs. places like Helen's where it's more likely.

Snow quality above treeline has deteriorated in the last week.
