Snoqualmie / Alpental this weekend

Looks like we got the news we've been waiting for from Alpental's webpage:

"Game on! Alpental opens Saturday! Chair 2 is lookin' dreamy, who's pumped to get some laps in?"

Pretty awesome if you hear me, night skiing tonight. Skiing all day Friday and Saturday with some new terrain on almost each day with the other mountains opening.

I almost didn't post this to avoid you guys from going there, but hey, we're a tight community! Just remember, stay out of my pow!

Heh, there is a large contingent of so called "powder technicians", armed to the teeth with super fat rockered hovercraft that come out of the wood work for a powder day. You better step up your game and quiver if you are hoping to get a taste of "my-pow".

You only get the title "Powder Technician" after spending years laboring first as a n00b and then a Grom. And you only get the big sticks after your induction to the Order Of The Bro. That ceremony takes place in Lot 4.
