Washington Alpine Club Wed Night Telemark/Randonee

The Washington Alpine Club (WAC) Wednesday night program provides six evenings of telemark or randonee ski lessons at Snoqualmie Pass during January and February. 

The program has be going for twenty+ years.   The program focuses on core descending skills to help you ski with greater confidence and enjoyment on the lifts and in the backcountry.  Be warned: SilasWild is one of the instructors

There are classes for beginners (never been on skis) through advanced skiers (sorry no expert terrain on Wednesday night).

Classes times are from: 7:30PM to 9:30PM on Wednesday nights

Class dates: for the 2013 program will be Wednesday nights: For the 2013 program the dates are January 9, 16, 23, 30 & February 6, 13

Carpools are run from the Mercer Island Park and Ride and From Eastgate Park and Ride

Pricing this season for lessons is $160.00 for WAC members -- $185 for non-members.

Discounted season's pass purchase will be available (Only if you have signed up for lessons as a WAC member) through December 15th,
Discounted season's pricing is: Unlimited $369, L-T-$309  Night:$239   The L-T-D pass excludes Sat/Sun at Alpental.

For a guaranteed spot in the Wednesday night program, be sure to sign up by December 1st – After that enrollment will only be available on a space available basis.

The Washington Alpine Club has a lodge on the Alpental road at Snoqualmie Pass which a wonderful base for a weekend of wintertime fun.
The lodge is typically open Wednesday nights when lessons are held, so you may stay over after lessons and ski on Thursday.
