Camp Muir webcam?

I've sure the helicopter pilot's find the Muir weather station, radio communications and webcam (when it is up and running) very useful in ensuring safe flights.
I suppose the park service could save a pile of dough on poop related helicopter flights, if they enforced a "pack it all out" policy complete with a required "blue bag" weigh-in on return to Paradise.

Douglas Adams, Chapter 8, Hitchhiker's guide to the Universe wrote: the fabulously beautiful planet Bethselamin is now so worried about the cumulative erosion by ten billion visiting tourists a year that any net imbalance between the amount you eat and the amount you excrete while on the planet is surgically removed from your body weight when you leave: so every time you go to the lavatory there it is vitally important to get a receipt.

We have shelters up there, porta-potties up there, a heli-pad up there. All of this benefits the community that climbs and hikes the mountain. Granted, there's something really enjoyable about a full wilderness experience with none of those objects, but the fact is, it makes the mountain a better place.
-If the shelter wasn't there, more people would probably end up dying on the hike up/down in stormy situations. Not everyone is as prepared as they should be going up.
-It gives the park rangers a place to use as a Base Camp HQ to help monitor the mountain and people on it.
-Allows for a place for climbers/hikers to use the restroom so that the waste is off loaded from the mountain. I'm betting if those weren't there, we'd see a lot more crap on the mountains or blue bags littering it.
-HeliPad - great place for rescues for injuries
-Webcam - great tool for people to see what the weather is like above the clouds or below. Good to see if they should go up or not.
There's a give in and take on everything, but with the already standing infrastructure there, the webcam adds value to what we already have and the cost (few hundred bucks) is something I'd be happy the parks are doing with this money to help save lives and get more people up on the mountain.
Just my 2.78 cents.
