Glad to see it; looking forward to a good winter We've had many good plow drivers at Mt. R.

I wanted to note that this old thread has just passed sixty thousand views, which might be the most for any TAY thread.  I've been keeping an eye on it, and the overwhelming majority of the tens of thousands of views since the last previous comment have been during business hours. Almost a thousand views occurred during the current eight-day closure of Paradise.  I'm thinking most of these during the past couple years were on government computers by employees of the poor overworked, underfunded NPS.

The Park had the road closed yesterday because of Avi hazard. Today they tweeted first a delay in opening and then tweeted closure because of equipment issues. There is a new twitterer who doesn't look happy...
