Was out there east of Naches Pk yesterday but, due to time constraints, turned around at the dogleg near the start of the ramp to the summit. What a great looking north facing slope that runs to the attractive west facing bowls that you see from the hiway. Google Earth also shows an interesting looking 1500' line on the east side of Tahtlum.
the ramp starts about a half hours' skin from the 'normal' playground at the east end of the Naches block, so easily part of a day's play. Anybody with experience there want to chime in? Lots of snow and in good shape (light cupping and no runnels), but those west bowls can't last forever..
Was going to post this question to Kieth Henson's

Tahtlum report, but forum software (?) only allows going back 3 months to post a reply..
Anyway, haven't heard from Kieth in a while and also wanted to hear about Tahtlum stoke..
