The road from the bottom Devil's Gulch trailhead to the upper trailhead (Road 7100?) is still washed out. Although it is not driveable, it is very rideable, just takes about two and a half hours to ride to the top, at least at my lowest possible gear snail would die of boredom pace. It's actually a very pleasant gradient and smooth road bed with some nice views of the Enchantments and Glacier Peak toward the top. Makes a nice round trip of about 4 hours. It's funny, but when I was 30 I never would have dreamed of riding up to the top of Devils Gulch, we always shuttled in cars. Now, I'm 50+, and would not think of driving to the top anymore. Seems like things are flip flopped, but in a good way.

Is the road from below washed out making shuttling impossible as it has been for the last couple of years?
