Apr 1 is the seasonal snowpack measurement. Mt Shasta has 85% of avg., and should have a 'near avg' spring/ summer b/c season. Heading south into the Sierra, things drop-off to 50-65% of avg and less, as you head further south. however, with most of the snow coming last month things are looking ok in the Sierra.
