North Tahoe Friday - Where to Ski?

Anybody out there with strong opinions on which resort to ski in the North Tahoe area? I have skied most of them but not often and not this year.

I am staying in Incline Village Thursday night and then have a 5:30PM flight Friday departing from Reno.

I have never been to Mt. Rose but it would be the closest.

Between Northstar and Squaw I strongly prefer Squaw but this time I will be skiing on my own and probably won't be hitting the super steep stuff.

Thanks for any feedback out there.

If you like Squaw but want to hit something else, Alpine Meadows or Sugar Bowl.

With your limited amount of time there, Alpine would work for you but dont count out Mt Rose and DP. I have two suggestions:
-go to T's and get a TriTip buritto, grab a beer and watch soccer.
-the Biltmore on Stateline has a 2 dollar breakfest served all day, a dirtbags dream.

+1 on Alpine. Though Squaw might be as much fun on a sunny day, even if you're taking it easy in the steeps. I might just go there.

It might be just as fun to go touring up at Rose or Rose Knob if you can find a partner....is anyone in Reno reading this? I think the S facing stuff on Rose Knob gets good this time of year. Nice steep fall line corn if its been cooked right.
