mapper.acme.com makes it pretty simple. Google maps probably does too..
Scoot the map around until the crosshairs are where you want them, then click "link to this page" in the little tools dialog in the lower right. Copy the link from the browser window, and paste like this:
mapper.acme.com/?ll=47.43218,-121.37361&z=15&t=T
(above is my best guess from your description).

Hoping this works. So I lost the ski off of the narrow 5,000 ft ridge/subpeak. While getting ready to ski, the ski decided to get first tracks. It went west down a steep treed slope towards the lakes. Not really sure how far it went. There was alot of new snow and I couldnt really move around in it wothout a ski, so I didnt spend alot of time digging around and retreated back down the skin track and hooked up with the track out to Gold Creek TH. Google maps has better topo than the acme mapper, I will try to link that as well below.
maps.google.com/maps/ms?vps=3&ie=UTF8&hl...004bc3bf3f0da42e1d41
Thanks Kevino or anyone else who may be out that way, this is a great community.
