How are these bases? Reapairable?

If you are not racing and none of the gouges actually go through the P-Tex and into the core -- yeah you don't need to do anything -- scraping to remove any P-Tex hairs, hot waxing and edge tuning will improve things.

If you prefer to have smooth bases -- get a repair iron and P-Tex repair string from Tognar.com -- repairs with that basically good as new -- compared to the P-Tex candles that you light and drip which don't last very long.

OMG!!! You guys, skis are 69mm underfoot!

They may serve as good armrests for an adirondack chair, but for skiing? Really?

Just kidding, wax them, and ski on them, if you notice they're killing your game on the groomers, get a base grind.

Ha, I love it. Those are barely broken in yet. Looks like wax would take care of it. Ptex is for core shots.
