I've done some daytime skinning around "Central" and Hyak myself over the years and had variable experiences with ski patrol. Mostly good, with a few times someone hassling me. It is important to remember that the ski patrol at "Central" is most if not all volunteers -- so depending on whom is on duty at the time... My typical route is to follow left edge of "Outback" along the flatish portions and when the slope steepens to zig-zag in the woods along the left side of the run. That route is outside the lit area, so you'll need a good headlamp.
If you are a Mountaineers member, I suppose you could skin up in the Mountaineer's property that lies between "West" and "Central".
I think if you keep at the very edge of the runs so as to avoid being much of a hazard to lift riders, you'll have less interaction with the ski patrol.

I recall posts by (LS) about a skinning route used for night training that involved skinning up the far right side of "Parachute", traversing along the ridgeline past the top station for "Triple-60" and then up along the right side of "Alpine", down "Golden Nugget" and then up "Silver Nugget" and back down "Alpine".
The ski patrol will turn you back if they find you skinning on this route. So this route cannot be recommended.

I have been up around the Central area practicing at night and have not been hassled. I don't know the runs or lifts so I couldn't tell you what route I took. Skinning up the edge I got plenty of interaction with skiers and snow boarders alike. The second time I worn a head lame to be a bit more visible. I tried to stay in the less traveled areas. Patrol didn't even talk to me.

You might be okay to skin up Silver Fir at night, but I'd park by the condos and not draw attention to myself and stay climbers left.
