FWIW: Seven folks from the WSTC Nordic Patrol participated in the large (more that 50 people) search effort and it was a park ranger and a couple of Crystal Mtn Ski Patrollers that located the lost showshoer -- However some of the WSTC folks found two other snowshoers that also happened to be lost in the area along the Stevens Canyon Road, but hadn't yet been reported overdue. They were glad for the navigational help and some hot sweet tea.
OMG!

Don't expect the Paradise road to open for a while, with as much as seven feet of new snow forecast by the weekend:

The last sentence of this morning's TNT story makes it sound like two folks may still be overdue? www.thenewstribune.com/2012/01/16/198556...-found-at-mount.html

Yeah I saw that article as well -- IDK if it is the same two folks and media hasn't picked it up yet -- or if there are two additional people lost on the mountain.
