Just scrape them with a sharp scraper (metal scraper works best) without heat or wax - the amount of glue left will be miniscule. Dab a paper towel or rag with Citrasolv or Goo-Gone to clean up the residue.

. . . and whenever you use any solvents on your ski bases, use them as infrequently and sparingly as possible

Fire sale averted ~ razor scrape/light citrus wipe/hot wax & scrape, and the beer, did the trick. Boards just love TLC..

Next time you can save yourself some trouble and pull out and dust off that can of Cragmont lemon lime soda and bottle of Everclear from the back of your liquor closet. Then, proceed to mix yourself a tall one. Guaranteed to remove skin glue and your stomach lining.
