It belongs to (lernr) Ivo's wife. Jeanette found another part to the same bindings over at the top of River Run last weekend.
She was losing parts right and left on a tour up to McClure about a month ago. If you'r going to be around up there tomorrow I'll pick it up from you and hand it off when I hand off the part that we have.
