Where would you post a "Found item" from a hike was created by jdclimber
In a totally non-ski related weekend, I found a brand new set of tent poles at Toleak point on the Olympic peninsula. Obviously left by the previous camp site occupant, any ideas on how/where to track them down? Any hiker websites that might be a good place to track down the tent owners?
The best the ranger in Forks could do was put them in a back room for 30 days and then throw them out.

cascade climbers? craigslist (admittedly a long shot unless you wish to ship them to Nigeria)...
