The Dark Side video

Rhetoric with a newer ski partner yesterday prompted me to pass on the link of this classic ski video crafted by AT Anonymous of Telemark Tips fame about roughly circa 2004?
Recalling it and reviewing it again made me think that some of the newer TAYers may not have seen it;  those that have may get some grins seeing yet again.

Definitely a must see, IMHO.

I dabbled this spring, while my other tele ski was still buried on the Phantom.

I'm a much better tele skier... it's pretty comical to watch me ski fixed heel.

Joe – Please -- I would prefer to think that some might call our near religious fanaticism for sharing the mountains with fellow zealous summer ski friends as something much more elegant… perhaps we should make it more official by declaring it something like "The First Orthodox Dark Side Alpine Church of the Double Planked Mountain Sliders”, since our services are mostly held on Sundays.
AT skiers, of course, would hold the highest orders in the Church priesthood. Tele skiers would be allowed to serve in the lower ranks. And, of course, single plankers would only be allowed as church members, obviously, they would not be eligible to hold the priesthood.
And perish the thought that anyone might question our partaking of our divine sacramental sunny summer corn skiing libation, a heavenly gift from on high to stave off the mountainous thirst that comes about at these memorable and life changing Sunday services.
