Thanks for the update, have not been up Alpental since Silver season began and am hoping for a pre-work lap tomorrow--sounds like Alpental it is!

Hear that Frank ;-)!?

awesome conditions this morning at alpental. blazing blue skys.

We skinned debbies, then up chair II. Zig Zagged to gunmount and up through the choke, and along the ridge to the top.

I skied down skier's right side of upper Nash, cut through the trees to adreneline, then down to lower nash. Traversed skiers right and freestyled/zig zagged down the bowl. The snow was phenomenal. The sun cuppage was minimal

Nash = flat as a board, very carvable @ 10:00am

adreneline = Fantastic conditions. the cliff band on the skier's left side of the slope has re-emerged with a bergshrund projecting perpendiclarly off of it 10' into the continuous ribbon of snow right of the end of the rockband. *might be hard to see if you are going fast.  ;)

Lower nash = soft and buttery. not enough suncupping to affect my turn in the least.

lower debbies = thin ribbon down the skiers right side that's skiable and skinable down to about 200' of the patio....

.... that is all...
