Marble Mountain Sno Park Warming Hut Fire

Oh gosh, that's very sad. It certainly was a very nice structure. I remember being in it shortly after it had been built.

Really too bad. Built by volunteers or volunteer contributions, I think, from local clubs. I've spent good evenings and early mornings in there sheltered from rain and snow, and dried out after returning from drenching winter trips (part way) up the mountain. Great stove. It will be missed. Especially by sledders high-marking on its roof after consuming enough "fuel" inside it. I wonder what the chances are of re-building anytime soon with the current state of the state government.

Crap thats no good, I really liked that one.

I never had a use for it but I liked that it was there for others.
