Chris Caviezel (aka Nordic Chris), Chair of the Central Cascades Winter Recreation Council, will be presenting the history of the Washington State Sno-Park system and how it has evolved, the fee structure, the formation of the Central Cascades Winter Recreation Council, and planning for the future of cross country skiing and connectivity within the trail system in the Interstate-90 corridor.
