TAY views record broken

Unless the mods feel this is appropriate for Monika's rememberence thread I thought it interesting that the most views ever on a thread is now this very one. Surely fitting for such a figure in our community.

Sad times but it really is comforting to those involved to see the coming together of the TAY community and for the support of those lost.

I get the good vibe almost every time I click on TAY. As I've said to several people I've met through this site, "I barely know you but we are kindred spirits".
You know what I'm talkin' 'bout! Positive interdependence and achieving our potential don't just keep us going, they are what makes us human.
Make the energy positive, and it spreads like a ripple in still water. I hope when I go folks will say a few of the words they said about Telemon and Monika.

I really hesitate to post this in light of the current situation, but I think that getting facts correct and true is always important: The most viewed thread on TAY remains the May 2008 Mount Rainier survival trip report, with over 32000 views. Monika's thread currently has about 18000 views, which is the most of any thread in the "Random Tracks" section.

I would not be surprised if Monika's thread did eventually (perhaps even shortly) take over the lead, and would be happy to see that.

Sorry Amar, I clicked on views to order by number and you are right it only for that section.  Please feel free to delete as its inappropriate.  I still stand by the rest of the thread however!

Edit:I was only looking for that thread of yours about Rainier recently, the fumerole story was quite the epic tale.
