ALPENIGLU VILLAGE: AN IGLOO VILLAGE WITH HOTEL, ICE BAR, RESTAURANT…
At night, when the last skiers left the slopes, a romantic silence comes up to the mountain. Now an unforgettable adventure starts for the hotel guests of the ALPENIGLU® village. The overnight stay in one of the 7 free-standing VIP Igloos is a very special experience. Additional to the Eskimo-night the guests experience an extraordinary program, where luxury and adventure are combined cleverly.
One of the highlights is the cool drink at the ice bar and the dinner at the ice table in the igloo restaurant for sure; But also the ice carving workshop and the mystical torch walk through the winter-forest are a part of the interesting program. After all the cozy VIP igloo with warm and cuddly sleeping bags, reindeer hides and thick dry mattresses waits for a comfortable igloo night. Under the white snow roof in the gorgeous silence sweet dreams are guaranteed.
After the unique night a tasty breakfast buffet is waiting in the mountain restaurant before the adventure ends.
Igloo- hotel, restaurant, ice church, bar, ice exhibition, lounge – the ALPENIGLU® village is a world of adventures with many facets. Center of interests is the material: the village is build of: snow and ice! - Fondue is served on the crystal clear ice table, overnight stays in VIP igloo suites and cocktails out of real ice glasses: everything is focused on ice and snow.

You should see Kyle Millar's BC igloo ( location will not be disclosed).
It's like one of the 7 wonders of the world.

Wet bar, hot tub... sauna, Elvis themed room.
There's always a lot of giggling coming from inside it whenever I pass by although I have no idea what's going on in there. :

Maybe he’s reading Random Tracks? It should be looked into.
Scotsman, I just noticed that you are Chief Etiquette Officer. Congratulations! I have a couple of questions for you:
1. Is it okay for me to drift my own thread?
2. If so, Last time I ran into Silas on a skintrack, he claimed (adamantly) that it is an etiquette violation for people under 50 years of age to use dynafit bindings. I can’t find anything about this in the bylaws as stated in the Etiquette Thread. What’s your interpretation, or should I say ruling, on the alleged violation?

Thank you... I'm trying to be more Oprah than Miss Manners but I'm still growing into the position.Maybe he’s reading Random Tracks? It should be looked into.

1) Yes ,absolutely the OP can drift at any time although if you are not the OP, drifting is only allowed on the 4th post..... see an earlier CEO decision.( BTW these are final like the Supreme Court and can't be appealed)
2) One of the reason the Brotherhood of TAY Elders created the post of CEO was to counteract the abhorrent behaviour of one Silas Wild. His hogging of the TR post count coupled with his unrepentant secret stash revealing made him the "wikileaks" of the WA BC scene. This was bad enough but his threat to bare his ass and moon the Paradise parking area web cam was the straw that broke the camels back, hence my rise to my current postion. Silas will try any tactic to gain an advantage. He once made me drive nonstop to Shasta from Seattle despite me starting to hallucinate due to sleep deprivation. The reason he gave me at that time was that because he was over 50, his insurance didn't let him drive a pick up. Wear your dynafits... Silas is making this stuff up as he goes along .
BTW here's a picture of my inaguration. Its' a repost from another thread but you obviously didn't see it. I'm very proud of my positon. Like John Boehner, just thinking about the sacrifices I have made to reach this positon makes me cry. Jim Oker in the front, Marcus at the back.
