Best Big Mountain Backcountry areas to ski was created by rjrombauer
Couldn't find any topics related to this, but what are the best backcountry areas to ski on? Specifically big mountains, because I want to stay away from the rain conditions lately...

With the FL supposed to be at or above 6k by Sunday, I'd humbly suggest good skiing will be found nowhere in Washington for the next few days, unless you like skiing in a whiteout and 50 mph winds on a volcano, or have a snowmobile parked at the bottom of the road to Hart's Pass. :'(

Whitewater ski area has a 5,000' and north or spokane. Great launching spot for touring and colder than mt baker since inland
