I have been watching the forecast for days. Initially it was all snow with totals possibly as deep as 3 feet. Now the forcast seems to be saying that first chair should be all snow, but by 10am theres a good chance precipitation will be mixed.

While I will go early and make the best of it, I was set to get at least 3 straight days skiing on my fattest skis until my quads were ready to explode.

As for making an excuse to take the day off, I am self employed. This is my version of manditory health care coverage.

No excuse needed.
Here in Portland, on saturday night they were claiming 12-15" in town! What a letdown. As of 6:30 pm tonight, we've gotten nothing but a little ice.
The situation up at hood looks pretty grim as well for the next week.
Hey la nina, anytime you're ready we could use a few big dumps down here! Been fairly fickle thus far.
