Looking for suggestions on where to stay the night before starting the Silvretta traverse.
Something basic: cheap, clean and warm room that is bookable for one night. I am having hard time finding this online (there is a plenty of hotels in Ischgl, in fact it seems all the buildings there are hotels, but they seem to operate on 7 day booking).
The hut guardians are referring me to the Tourist Bureau. The Tourist Bureau is ignoring my emails (canned response with link to the more expensive place).
Not set on Ischgl, we will be driving, so any place within 1 hour drive is good too.
Anybody been there?
Also if you have any tips to share regarding the traverse fire away.
