Thanks to everyone involved to make this a great gathering of backcountry skiers.....

Congrats to all who put in the effort.....

You guys were kind enough to put my birthdate as 1972...instead of 71...

To everybody I met (and unfortunately didn't meet) at Vertfest, thank you for a wonderful event. Super fun and super good vibes. You all kick ass.

For those of you in the front (and anyone else who wasn't racing), I felt it was my duty to give you the perspective from the back of the pack. I had my point and shoot digital camera mounted to my helmet snapping a picture every second on the way up. Lots of ski tips, snow, and the butt of the person in front of me, but every so often I looked around and up for a view.



I switched it over to non-hd, non-wide angle video for the way down to capture me floundering downhill. I'm stilling ironing out some kinks in the mounting system, so it is shaky at times.
