Temperature profile at Alpental

Took a quick spin up Chair Peak area this morning and the temperatures were quite unusual.  5F in the car park and low twenties up on the slopes.  Quite the inversion.  Slopes are baked facing the sun with a nasty crust but North facing and tree protected areas are still holding up.
