Lost: Dynafit Carbonfiber Freeride 10.0 ski

Bummer , but look on the bright side...... hopefully it didn't hurt anybody when it flew out of the box or hurt or damage anybodies vehicle. A ski coming through your windscreen at 65 mph could kill you....remember that woman a few year's ago hit in the face by a 2x4. Also severe penalties now becasue of that accident so although I'm sure your sad about your ski, be happy it didn't hurt anybody.

Dave - if I remember correctly the binding was a TLT classic?  If so, I have an extra from when I lost a ski 2 years ago.  I'd be happy to give it to you free if it might work.  Likely different colors but should function fine.  You know how to contact me, let me know...

BTW, I know that dude in the foreground of the photo, was he touring with you guys as well? Just curious.

Just to answer everyone's concern, to the best of our knowledge (because we immediately backtracked from N. Bend all the way to the Pass), we saw no evidence of any accident heading back up to the pass, then returning down again in an attempt to look & retrieve the ski (we drove slow all the way back down with hazard lights on). As some have mentioned, that is obviously a good thing.

Justin was with our group, Corey. We were parked right next to each other.

I think that Sierra Trading Post has this ski on sale right now.....might not be the right size though
