These look really cool and are light. Some competition in the market can’t be a bad thing.

Yeah, it looks cool, but the 175 gram figure is misleading. I'm pretty sure each UNIT (toe, heel) is 175 grams, or thereabout, for a total or around 350 grams (I've heard 340) for each ski.
I also wonder what Patent #4 is all about . . .
Someone with a spare $700 should buy a set and report back.
Edited to add: Guess I'm behind the times and mis-read Jonathan's chart - they are in fact 340 grams per PAIR, pretty impressive for something with adjustable DIN and a high climbing post.

I heard 638 grams per boot. Plus you need to take a class to learn how to put it on.
May as well go with the Pierre Gignoux XP444, which is just over 500 grams with liner depending on size . . .

The real weight is posted here:
www.wildsnow.com/3822/tech-binding-summary-chart/
(Have to click on the chart -- the thumbnail is an older version.)
Still crazy light, even compared to Dynafit's various discontinued semi-race models (i.e., adjustable release setting but no fore/aft length adjustment and no higher heel elevator).
But here's the ATK model for the La Sportiva boots:
