I assume that these are light like DPS' other offerings and would make a great powder touring tool.  This is what i would want them for. I would put Dynafits on them but that is just me.  I know from your posts that you ride Crystal alot and like to charge.  Dukes may make sense for you.  Perhaps the Dyna-Duke plate would be the way to go.  That way we could all be happy!
