The Everett Mountaineers is gearing up again for its annual AIARE Level 1 avalanche course. Starting early December and finishing with a guaranteed sunny field trip in the Baker back country. Time to freshen up on the skills? Bring your touring buddies and join us.

We are really excited for the courses this year!

New education material from AIARE just arrived with great decision making tools. Couple this with the local knowledge and experience of our instructors we are confident to once again put together a solid course for backcountry travelers.

The excitement for the predicted strong La Nina was evident at ISSW, NSAS and Snowbash, let's all contribute to make it a safe winter out there!
